QUESTION: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Answer:You can cancel your order, you can contact us to help you cancel your order. But you need to contact us before your order has been sent out. We cannot help you cancel your order once the goods have been sent out. Thank you for your understand!
Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped. QUESTION: What if i enter the wrong email or address?

Answer:Please contact us because  we can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

QUESTION:Can I use some discount codes in one order?

Answer:If you need to purchase a large amount of products (more than 50 of the same product) or customize the entire household/hotel lamp,please contact us at info@meetlighting.com and we will get back to you with discount information.

QUESTION: I HAVE A HIGH CEILING? CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE LENGTH OF THE RODS OR THE LENGTH OF THE CORD?

Answer: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.

If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us.

We will help you ask our experienced designers and give you some advises according to the measurements.

Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains for customers who have high ceiling. If you need longer. Please Contact us though email:info@meetlighting.com.

Question: ARE BRONZE AND BLACK THE SAME COLOR?

Answer: Bronze and black are not the same color. If you need Matte black. You need to confirm with our customer service. Because the production process is different. 

Question:DO YOU REPLACE PARTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE?

Answer:  Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.

Usually, we will not encounter such problems. We have done many anti-fall tests. In order to protect every piece of glass and crystal, we will not only carefully pack inside the package, but also have a solid wooden box outside to protect the safety of the goods.

QUESTION:  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS THE SAME AS THE FAMOUS BRANDS?

Answer: We just use the same materials, colors, sizes and production process. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.

 

 

Question:CAN I GET A FULL REFUND BECAUSE OF QUALITY ISSUES?

Answer: We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)
We will also give you options
1). We send you a new replacement product
2). If you don't like it anymore, we'll give you a full refund.

Question:HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SHIPPING INFORMATION?

 

Answer: Generally, the product will be handed over to the logistics provider after it is processed. It is greater than 1-3 days to get the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics provider.
