The large Maria Theresa crystal chandelier with gold metal finish
(polished brass).
Trimmings hand cut and polished almonds.
All glass parts are made of hand blown and hand-cut leaded crystal glass
Flames 36, total 36+1 bulbs i.e. 36x bulbs E14 arms and 1x E27 40W
(The central bulb is the middle in the hand cut glass vase)
Dimensions (W x H): 120 x 150 cm/ 49"x 61.2"
(measured without a chain).
The chandelier comes with a 0.5 m tested decorative chain and ceiling rose.
The brass ceiling rose is covered with a glass hand-blown cover

Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Usually, we will not encounter such problems. We have done many anti-fall tests. In order to protect every piece of glass and crystal, we will not only carefully pack inside the package, but also have a solid wooden box outside to protect the safety of the goods.
