- Handcrafted by artisan partners in Mexico from natural milpa wood and acrylic lacquer; salvaged trees are sliced and sun-dried, forming Arruga’s dome shape.
- Due to the natural materials used, each piece will vary slightly in size, color, and pattern.
- Chandeliers use one 60-watt bulb (included).
- Adjustable drop length ranges from 20"-232".
- Can be mounted on a vaulted ceiling.

1. If you want to custom some special size or color when choose the lights on our website, Please provide us with the following information:
The product link or model number of the product.
The information of the color and size or other you need to customize.
If can, please send us your actual application scenario (for we can give the most suitable design solution to you)
2. Other websites or physical stores' lamps and lanterns. Please provide us with the following information:
The picture or design drawing you have.
Specify base size, material, color, bulb type or others.

If you find a specific design of chandelier that you like, but you just need a different size or color.

- Which product – it will be best to send us the SKU number or the link to the product.

Our designers will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a quote. And we will send you a customized invoice through email once you are ready to place the order.
NOTE: Customized items are covered by our 1-year manufacturer warranty, however, not eligible for cancelation, return, or exchange. Customized invoice will take 8-10 weeks with free shipping. Expedited shipping is available with extra cost.

Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Usually, we will not encounter such problems. We have done many anti-fall tests. In order to protect every piece of glass and crystal, we will not only carefully pack inside the package, but also have a solid wooden box outside to protect the safety of the goods.
